At SPARC we eat our own dog food and SPARCET is a big part of building and maturing our positive culture. SPARCET builds culture in three ways:
1. Culture is observed, accepted behavior and SPARCET gives leadership a way to make those behavior one too many... multiplying the adopting of those behaviors.
2. Culture is language... simply by having a recognition system and a way to give to it in a simple way such as "give her a Sparcet for that" builds a culture of recognition.
3. Research has proven that high performers need recognition once every 7 days with half of that coming from their direct manager. SPARCET has given us a way to do this and even measure it.
SPARCET is easy, powerful and free... without it, it would take considerably more energy to create and grow our culture. :D
ps... we did win the Best Please to Work in SC in 2011 and SPARCET was a big part of doing this.
